  • What service do you offer?

    We offer high-quality decoration techniques tailored to your needs:



    Screen Printing: Ideal for bold designs and bulk orders. Ink is applied directly to the fabric through custom-made screens.



    Embroidery: Durable and professional. Your logo is stitched directly into the fabric using colored thread.



    Direct to Film (DTF): Perfect for full-color, detailed designs or small quantities. Prints are heat-pressed from a special film.



    Branded Promotional Products: There are thousands of options including drink ware, bags, tech gadgets, writing tools, banners, and more!

  • What products can you customize?

    We decorate apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, jackets, etc.), accessories (bags, aprons, towels, etc), and a wide range of promotional items (drink-ware, pens, tech gear, and more).  


    We have a showroom located in our facility at 305 Massabesic Street, Manchester NH, with many product samples for you to look at or try on. We also can order samples of most things (physical or printed) for a fee.


  • How do you calculate pricing?

    Pricing is based on order size, apparel type, number of print locations, decoration method, and ink colors or embroidery thread count.  (We can print up to 12 ink colors - if the design is more complex, we would recommend DTF for full color prints). Set up fees are for first order only.


    We accept major credit cards, checks, ACH Payments, and cash.  A 50% deposit is required to begin production, and the remaining balance will be due upon completion unless other terms are arranged.


  • What is your typical turnaround time?

    Usually 7–10 business days from final approval. Rush services may be available with an additional fee.  We also offer nationwide shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup.

  • Do you have minimum order requirements?

    Yes, by decoration method:



    Screen Printing: 24 pieces per design (limited colors available on smaller orders)



    Embroidery: 12 pieces



    DTF: 12 pieces


    You are also able to mix garment styles or colors in one order as long as the design and decoration method stay the same.


  • Do you offer design assistance?

    Yes! Our in-house design team can create new artwork or clean up existing files to prepare them for production.  If you already have artwork, our preferred file types are Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). We also accept high resolution layered photoshop or raster files that are at least 300dpi and actual size or larger (.PSD, .PNG, .TIF, .JPG).  ART REQUIREMENTS


    If you are not sure if your artwork is good, we are happy to take a look for you.  We also keep your designs and production details on file for easy reorders.

  • How do I get started?

    Our team will guide you through design, product selection,  and production. Once you get an order finalized and approved - our art department will send over a proof of your artwork on the items for your approval before production begins to ensure 100% accuracy on your order.
